Centennial Park Counseling has been a Tracy Mak Studio client for over a decade! This project is our 3rd website redesign together. The goal of this redesign project is to build a website with a modern design with updated content to reflect CPC’s current specialties and aesthetic. By creating a custom theme, we were able to include the ability to add features like blogging in the future.

The Details
Clarifying the Target Audience
During our Brand Discovery Workshop, Centennial Park Counseling shared websites they admired. As we dug deeper, we realized the designs they liked leaned heavily on feminine styles—like script fonts and floral imagery—which didn’t fully match their broader audience of both men and women. We shaped a website design that feels warm, approachable, and inviting without leaning too feminine.
Partnering with a Copywriter
Once we clarified their audience and brand personality, our copywriter stepped in to refine their content. Centennial Park Counseling provided the key details for each page, and we transformed it into copy that speaks directly to their audience while maintaining the welcoming tone they envisioned.

Designing for Engagement
The site was built with user experience in mind. Visitors can easily move between services and therapists, seeing at a glance who specializes in what. This dynamic structure helps potential clients connect with the right therapist faster, while encouraging deeper exploration of the website.
Beyond the Launch
Our work didn’t stop at launch. Centennial Park Counseling chose ongoing website care with Tracy Mak Studio, allowing us to handle updates and maintenance. Since going live, they’ve added a blog, and we now help publish and schedule their weekly posts—keeping their site fresh and active for their audience.

Outcome
