Once your website is live, it’s important to protect it from malware and hacks, maintain up-to-date tools and content, and optimize your website speed & presence in search results. Through these website maintenance, security & search engine optimization (SEO) Care Plan options, I take on the tedious task of managing all these complexities so you can focus on growing your business!

Google Business Profile Optimization
I will claim and optimize your GBP. By analyzing your local competitors and creating a complete profile that includes up-to-date information, keywords in the right spots, and the newest best practices, your GBP will rank higher in local organic & map searches.
KEYWORD LIST CREATION & IMPLEMENTATION
We’ll research & create a list of keywords and improve areas of the website such as: metadata, image alt text, URL renaming, schema coding and more.
Content Creation
Up-to-date content on your website is a must for your potential clients & search engines. Care plan clients (excluding the Gold plan) have access complimentary time for ongoing website updates, additions or changes! You will also get a periodically updated list of suggested blog topics based on user search terms & search trends.
Online Directory Submissions
Search engines view consistency as an indicator for trustworthiness. That’s why it’s important that your Name, Address, and Phone number (NAP) is correct on many different online directories with no duplicates. I will clean up any listings you already have & submit your business to 25 more directories.
Online Review Acquisition & Management
It is more important now than ever to have a lot of positive & current online reviews on websites like Google, Facebook, and Yelp. You will also have access to landing pages that will help gather more positive reviews.
Monthly Reports
We will work together to ensure that your custom analytics report is an effective tool to guide your marketing efforts by making sure we are tracking data for your business goals. For Diamond plan clients, we will take a closer look at user behavior. This will guide you towards better layouts and content insights.

There are multiple plan options for your website so you can rest easy. I’ll take care of these complex, confusing
and ever-evolving issues in the digital world that you shouldn’t have to focus on! I want to make sure you have
the perfect website Care Plan for your business.
Frequently Asked Questions
Nope! All website care plans have an option to be billed monthly or annually. In the unlikely event that you want to pull your site from the plan, you have the complete freedom to do so. We will finish out the month/year and then your plan will not renew.
If I built your website, there is no set up fee as long as it’s within a 90 day period!
If, after 90 days, you’d like to join one of the plans at any level, there is a $99 set up fee in order to update all tools, clean up the database, install security tools, and backup the site.
If I did not build your website, there is a $250 setup fee. The upfront work to update the site, learn the tools and get it ready to be properly maintained is more intensive.
In the extremely unlikely event that a website is breached or hacked in any way while on our plan, we take full responsibility and will rectify the situation immediately. You will not need to do a thing.
If you’d like to join our plan and have us take care of getting the hack cleaned, we have a $499 site cleaning & set up fee. Depending on the type of hack/breach and how long the site has been compromised, SEO rankings and blacklisting issues may take weeks or even months to resolve.
Important note: I do not fix website hacks unless the site will subsequently be added to a care plan.
Negative on this one, ghost rider. The retainer of hourly updates is covered for that month but does not rollover or add up for later use.
Monthly time for updates covers any additions or add-ons to your website. Ex: changing hours, company information, staff or team
members, adding new photos, updating services pages, etc.
I’ll always try to get your updates done within your monthly allotted time to save you some extra cost but if you have a decent amount of updates that will require more time, I’ll give you an estimate of time and do that at a reduced hourly rate (a benefit of being a monthly care client)! As a monthly care client, you’ll also have access to VIP Design Days for more extensive site updates.
